Hardware Warranty & RMA
Coverage, DOA window, exclusions, and the process for returns and replacements.

1. Warranty coverage
- Standard limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period specified in your order (e.g., 12 months) starting on shipment date.
- DOA (dead on arrival) units must be reported within a short window (e.g., 14 days) for expedited replacement.
- Exclusions include misuse, improper installation, operation outside specified environmental/electrical limits, unauthorized modifications/repairs, and normal wear.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Use products within the specs (see Operating & Environmental Specs) and RF rules (see RF Compliance).
- Provide proof of purchase and serial numbers; follow troubleshooting steps and return instructions.
- Back up configurations/data before return; remove sensitive information where possible.
3. RMA process
- Open a ticket via the Contact page with issue description, serials, and environment details.
- We issue an RMA number and shipping instructions. Pack devices in antistatic/buffered packaging.
- Upon receipt and evaluation, we’ll repair or replace at our discretion consistent with warranty terms.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
- Customer is responsible for shipping devices to Jooni or an authorized service center unless otherwise agreed.
- Risk of loss transfers per the terms of sale; use trackable carriers and appropriate insurance.
5. Out‑of‑warranty service
Out‑of‑warranty repairs or replacements may be available for a fee; we’ll provide a quote after evaluation.
6. EOL products
After LTS for an EOL product, we cease stocking inventory. Where possible, a drop‑in successor is available; migration guidance is provided in the Product Lifecycle & PCN page.
