This Privacy Statement describes how Jooni Inc collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our B2B services. We primarily handle business contact details and device/service telemetry associated with company accounts.

This Statement applies to our websites, services, and connected devices offered to business customers. It does not cover third‑party services that have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

  • Business contact information: name, email, role/title, company, and communications you send us.
  • Account and authentication: account identifiers, login events, and settings.
  • Device and service telemetry: technical data from deployed devices and services used to operate and support the platform. This data typically does not identify natural persons.
  • Usage and diagnostics: logs, performance metrics, and event data for reliability and security.
  • Cookies/local storage: limited use for authentication/session continuity. See Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and maintain the services, including device connectivity and telemetry processing.
  • Account administration, customer support, incident response, and service communications.
  • Service improvement, quality assurance, and analytics performed on aggregated or de‑identified data where possible.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and enforcement of agreements.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging and monitoring, backups and disaster recovery, and secure development practices. See Security.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Telemetry retention is configured for service operations; account data is retained per contract and law.

10. Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing. We will facilitate requests received via the Contact page in accordance with applicable law and our DPA where we act as a processor.

Our services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.
