Subprocessors

Our current infrastructure and service providers that may process customer data. We list only active vendors and do not disclose architectural details.

We primarily operate on Google Cloud Platform and use Google services for communication and document storage. We also use limited services on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud for ancillary workloads. These providers may process limited customer data depending on the workload. We will update this page in advance of any material changes where required.

Availability commitments and liability related to third‑party providers are governed by our SLA and Terms of Use.

Internal tools and employee devices

We use collaboration and device-sync tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft 365/Teams, Apple iCloud for managed devices, and GitHub for code). We limit customer data in these systems to the minimum needed for support and operations and apply account- and device-level controls.

Change management

We may add or replace subprocessors as our service evolves. Where required, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to object per our Data Processing Addendum.
